| Larger-than-life private investigator Frank Monte, 47, has announced his engagement to Justine Ski, 22, whom he met two years ago in a Double Bay (Sydney) coffee lounge. Ski, a former fashion-designer student who now works for Monte, is sporting a dazzling engagement ring - a sapphire surrounded by 55 diamonds. "It was given to me for doing some work for the Sheik of Dubai in 1975," laughs Monte, a one-time bodyguard of Greek shipping magnate Aristotle Onassis. Meanwhile, he is putting the finishing touches to his autobiography, Tough Guy Spy, which is being co-written by Sydney journalist James Oram.
